We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a good blend of business consulting skills and data analytics background. If you are passionate about working on unstructured business problems that can be solved using data, we would like to discuss this opportunity with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration & Leadership: Coordinate with digital marketing, product management, and data science teams; mentor junior team members.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Facilitate design thinking workshops to build omni-channel marketing product strategy.
  • Consulting Services: Provide consulting services for clients on roadmap development and project plans for marketing frameworks and data-driven solutions.
  • Program Management: Oversee the planning and implementation of various projects for the Marketing Analytics team.
  • Reporting: Report status to senior leadership on various projects, clearly articulating any challenges, roadblocks to meeting the scope, timelines, and benefits.
  • Presentations: Create visually appealing presentations and deliver to executive leadership.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms; implement A/B testing; generate insights for marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends; conduct competitive analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing strategy and program management with a focus on digital analytics.
  • Experience working with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating design thinking workshops using Mural board.
  • Having a background in pharmaceuticals and/or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Consulting experience is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Building project plans using MS Project or Excel.
  • Experience with JIRA is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is good to have.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
