**Job Summary**

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Services Coordinator to support a large fast-food restaurant chain hybrid at their corporate home office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of satisfaction through equipment estimates and procurement, expediting and problem-solving on equipment, décor, and signage orders for new and existing restaurants.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain a high level of customer service by providing knowledgeable, accurate, and timely information and direction on equipment, signage, and decor inquiries and problem resolution to internal and external partners.

• Prepare and review estimates for new and existing restaurant projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Prepare and place purchase orders and expedite equipment, signage, and decor orders to effectively meet project deadlines for existing and new restaurants.

• Ensure the timely resolution of deficiency, warranty, and service problems for new and existing restaurants, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.

• Timely resolution of credits, claims, and invoicing issues related to each project or order, maintaining a high level of financial accuracy.

• Maintain key information lists and supplier information, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist the Equipment Services Manager in other related projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**

• A customer service orientation with previous experience in customer service/hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

• Bilingual English/French conversational speaker, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity working with collaborative technology software tools, such as the Google suite, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Organizational ability, adaptability, problem-solving, and administration skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.

• A post-secondary degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or a related degree, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
