Customer Service Representative - Bilingual

Empire Life is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Retail Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries within established service standards.
  • Adhere to complaint handling and privacy procedures.
  • Support business retention goals through positive customer relations.
  • Respond to telephone, fax, email, and voicemail inquiries from customers and distribution partners.
  • Research, investigate, and collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a direct customer service environment in the insurance/financial services industry.
  • Completion of a community college diploma in business or related area is an asset.
  • Bilingual in French and English is required.
  • Knowledge of MS Office is required.
  • Working knowledge of Empire Life systems is an asset.
