About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at AlgaeCal. As a Bone Health Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and helping them make informed decisions about our products and their bone health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a knowledge base for customers' inquiries regarding our products and bone health
  • Listen actively to customers and provide them with the necessary information to make informed decisions
  • Support customers through various mediums, including email and phone
  • Process orders and returns for customers
  • Help customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans
  • Update customer interaction records, process customer accounts, and file documents
Requirements
  • Highly motivated and customer-focused individual
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
