About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our team at EQ Bank | Equitable Bank. As a key member of our Digital Banking team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding EQ Bank's products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all channels
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and product delivery
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
