Retail Sales Representative

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will embody the brand for our customers and be accountable for delivering an exceptional shopping experience in the store. Your role will involve actively interacting with a diverse clientele, leveraging your knowledge of products, brand ethos, and community engagement to ensure each visitor enjoys a memorable and positive interaction. You will collaborate with your team to prioritize customer engagement while also contributing to the daily visual and operational upkeep of the store.

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a high level of personalized customer service. Act as a comprehensive resource for customers, offering pertinent product, community, and activity-related insights and recommendations. Exhibit a willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge about activities, community, and products to create a valuable experience for customers. Meet sales and productivity targets by utilizing all available resources to fulfill customer needs. Support the implementation and maintenance of visual merchandising standards, including but not limited to product presentation, cleanliness, and inventory replenishment. Perform cashier duties as required. Contribute to the execution of all Loss Prevention strategies. Assist in the overall visual and operational upkeep of the store.

Qualifications

Ability to engage genuinely and comfortably with a diverse customer base. Experience in customer service. Capacity to collaborate, work effectively in a team, and adapt to changing workplace dynamics. Flexibility to work a varied schedule to meet business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge, experience, and/or eagerness to learn about products, activities, and community relevant to the store's clientele. Attention to detail. Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to operate office equipment and technology (e.g., computers, tablets, phones, copiers). Capability to stand for the duration of the work shift. Ability to lift, bend, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds as necessary. Competence in using ladders for visual merchandising and light adjustments.
