Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and ensure customers have a memorable and valuable experience.
  • Meet sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources to meet customer needs.
  • Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment.
  • Assume cashier duties as needed and assist in the execution of all Loss Prevention initiatives.
  • Contribute to the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store.

Requirements

  • Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
  • Customer service experience and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and be adaptable in the workplace.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge, experience, and/or willingness to learn about the products, activities, and community relevant to our customer base.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and software programs.
  • High School Diploma or GED and ability to operate office equipment and technology.
  • Ability to stand for entire work shifts and lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
