  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
    • Degree in a related field, such as engineering or hospitality management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
