Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at San Jose Construction and Maintenance 1214. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems, ensuring that they are in good working order.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities, including costs and materials used.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Communication: Liaise with staff, management, and external contractors to ensure that maintenance activities are coordinated and completed on time.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Tools and Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, tools, and a valid driver's license.
