Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our community at Sunrise Senior Living. As a champion of quality of life for seniors, you will be responsible for overall leadership, management, and success of our community. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate our team to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our community, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
  • Quality Care and Services: Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Business Development: Drive business growth and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies, building relationships with local healthcare professionals and community leaders.
  • Financial Management: Manage the community's budget, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, with relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Administrator's License).
