Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and address inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Facilitate, adjust, or terminate accommodation bookings.
  • Reach out to clients to offer additional services for their current reservations.
  • Classify incoming inquiries effectively.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all services provided by our organization.
  • Route incoming calls to the suitable department.
  • Execute other reservation-related duties as required.
