Job Summary
This position performs advanced administrative tasks including report preparation and analysis, data compilation from various sources, project handling, and software package analysis. The position may direct the work of others and provide guidance to less experienced employees. The role involves general office duties including word processing, data entry, document auditing, phone answering, mail distribution, conference room reservation, meeting coordination, and other tasks assigned. The position may handle confidential material regularly.
Responsibilities:
- Examine various documents, including commercial invoices, international bills of lading, and shipping documents, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Research and correct errors resulting from incorrect pre-advise information.
- Compile and save shipping documents to comply with government regulations.
- Prepare complex reports and presentations.
- Perform analysis using various software packages and databases.
- Provide advanced office support knowledge and skills.
- Prepare and coordinate information for internal and external contacts.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
- 2+ years' office warehouse support experience (preferred).
- Strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem-solving, basic research, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
- Accurate and rapid data entry.
