YOUR CHALLENGES
Coordinate requests, logistics and schedules for training events and consulting projects while maintaining clear communication with customers and advisors, ensuring their satisfaction and meeting project delivery deadlines.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer requests by finding the best solution;
- Prepare and monitor service offers for training requests and follow up on opportunities;
- Increase the value of existing customers by building loyalty;
- Coordinate logistics and schedules for training events or consulting projects;
- Coordinate schedules and logistics of safety advisors/trainers;
- Communicate with customers and ensure that training participants are informed of important details;
- Ensure effective communication with customers to convey information related to the mandate;
- Coordinate project logistics, resources and materials;
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules, deadlines and resources as required;
- Maintain records related to mandate actions;
- Provide reports on project schedules and staff utilization rates;
- Participate in the implementation of solutions to improve logistics in our organization;
- Ensure the quality of deliverables to customers, including the correction of documents;
- Adapt quickly to challenges and new mandates, taking into account priority management;
- Provide essential support to the team;
- Make various reservations for customers and advisors;
- Coordinate public and private training and ensure profitability;
- Ensure customer satisfaction from sales to billing;
- Maintain high-quality standards;
- Provide administrative support for the drafting of service offers, presentations and proposals.

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Complete projects in accordance with customer specifications and SPI standards;
- Meet advisor/trainer utilization targets;
- Sales objectives;
- Gross margin objectives;
- Customer satisfaction (NPS).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- University degree or certificate;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills.
