Mastronardi Produce is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting team at our Kingsville Head Office Location.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare daily cash deposits, including necessary reports to be filed with the bank.
- Process customer payments, applying to and updating the appropriate customer account.
- Research and process customer short payments, discrepancies, price adjustments, and charge backs.
- Reconcile company customer accounts with corresponding data obtained from the customer.
- Assist with related special projects and audits, as required.
- Accounting College/University Graduate and a minimum of 3 years related work experience.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Solid experience in Microsoft Office, proficient in Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV considered an asset.
- Must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously with strong problems-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, strong time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic analytical skills required, strong math and communication skills needed.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be respectful and deal tactfully with customers and other employees.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Use of company computer and phone.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
