Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling recreational vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our recreational vehicle inventory, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities, develop leads, and negotiate sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Customer Retention: Foster long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Previous Sales Experience: Not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and stay up-to-date on recreational vehicle features, benefits, and industry trends.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
- Competitive Compensation: Commission-based pay plan with a minimum earning potential of $150,000 and a maximum earning potential of $250,000.
