About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling recreational vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our recreational vehicle inventory, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and make informed sales decisions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop leads, and negotiate sales to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and stay up-to-date on recreational vehicle features, benefits, and industry trends.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: Commission-based pay plan with a minimum earning potential of $150,000 to $250,000.
