Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

The Lot Sales Representative at Emil Anderson Group is responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within the company's single family lot product offerings. This role demands a proactive approach to understanding local market dynamics, effectively presenting the product features to prospective buyers, and successfully closing sales to meet targeted objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate in accordance with and uphold Emil Anderson Group's Core Values in all aspects of your work.
  • Uphold an unwavering commitment to developing a zero-injury culture, and meeting the company's Paving the Way to Zero goals.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the neighborhood and the offerings of Emil Anderson Properties.
  • Engage with prospects by demonstrating product offerings, discussing features and pricing, and identifying customer needs.
  • Follow up diligently with all visitors, phone, and web inquiries, maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
  • Prepare and manage lots contracts, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Provide weekly sales reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Participate in marketing and sales meetings, equipped with current market intelligence.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Have 1+ years of new home sales or land sales experience with a proven track record for driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is considered an asset.
  • Experience in land development & home building is also considered a major asset.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License.

Compensation:

  • $25/hr PLUS attractive commission on each deal.
