About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling recreational vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate inventory to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products
- Prepare and review sales plans with sales leadership to ensure alignment with company goals
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction levels, sales performance, and product knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, product knowledge, and industry developments
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and sales pipeline
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but not necessary
- Relevant education and prior sales training are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
