About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling recreational vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Present and demonstrate inventory to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products
  • Prepare and review sales plans with sales leadership to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction levels, sales performance, and product knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, product knowledge, and industry developments
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and sales pipeline
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in a retail or automotive environment
  • Relevant education and prior sales training are a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
