Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and prepare them for dental examinations and procedures.
- Assist the dentist during patient examinations and dental procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient experience.
- Take dental radiographs and sterilize and disinfect equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Set up instrument trays and clean exam rooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Assist with infection control protocols and manage inventory, taking part in supply ordering.
- Active Registration with BCCOHP.
- Certification as a Full Certified Dental Assistant.
- CDA with their Prosthodontic designation is preferred.
