Job Summary:

Interior Health is seeking a Relief Full-Time Long-Term Care Coordinator Registered Nurse DC2A to join our team in Invermere, BC at the Columbia House. As a registered nurse with a clinical background in long-term care and supervisory and teaching experience, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations and quality individual care within a designated clinical area(s).

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of individuals through the healthcare system and access to appropriate resources
- Supervise and serve as a role model and resource to staff for clinical decision-making, assessments, and counseling
- Review, analyze, and make recommendations on administrative systems, staffing levels, and quality improvement
- Liaise with the interdisciplinary team for resource identification, coordination, and utilization
