Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Take overall responsibility for driving store sales, managing expenses, and minimizing losses by overseeing various operational areas, including merchandising, customer service, and scheduling.
  • Contribute to succession planning by ensuring every associate has a tailored development plan that aligns with their career goals.
  • Communicate and implement action plans related to store initiatives, projects, and promotions to your team.
  • Support the achievement of sales and customer service targets through strategic management of payroll and budgets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform recommendations to management regarding merchandise and inventory strategies.

What You Will Need

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma; post-secondary education is preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, encompassing operations, customer service, and team management.
  • Proven management skills with the ability to positively influence and guide staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and coaching.

Salary Information

Salary Range: $46,410 - $65,076. This range reflects the expected hiring salary and may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
