About the Person
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a strong background in customer-facing roles and experience in supervising and training others. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of strong experience in customer-facing roles involving sales.
- Experience supervising other workers and delivering on-site training to junior members of a team.
- Ability to demonstrate the skill of building meaningful and long-term relationships with customers.
- Collaborative and consultative teamwork and leadership style.
