Job Purpose

  • The Project Coordinator is tasked with ensuring the successful delivery of a complete sub-system or product, adhering to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints, specifically for the Subsea Projects division.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for fulfilling all contractual commitments between Subsea Projects and REMS Manufacturing, managing project budget and schedule throughout the lifecycle of a specific sub-system or product.
  • Ensure full project mobilization upon receiving formal instructions from the Tendering Team, including assignment of key project personnel and completion of commercial and technical handovers.
  • Maintain the project schedule's float to safeguard committed delivery dates following tender handover.
  • Review and approve necessary contractual documents between REMS and Subsea Projects.
  • Clearly communicate and ensure understanding of contractual requirements among all REMS project contributors, coordinating with the Subsea team as needed.
  • Maintain and execute the project schedule throughout its lifecycle, ensuring quality and accuracy of information.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks while exploring opportunities to enhance execution performance, documenting these in the RMA tool.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in project management or interfacing roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and ERP systems (preferably SAP) is advantageous.
