Position Overview: Project Coordinator

Location: Saint John, NB

Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, the primary responsibilities of the Project Coordinator encompass:

  1. Managing and implementing Vendor Managed Inventory solutions nationwide
  2. Collaborating with branches on inventory forecasting
  3. Preparing Quarterly Business Reviews for key clients
  4. Designing pre-sale customer solutions to assist sales teams
  5. Focusing on process enhancements for solution implementations
  6. Occasional travel to client sites for implementation purposes
Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment or in project coordination
  3. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities
  4. Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  5. Results-oriented mindset
  6. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
  7. Proficiency in Excel is advantageous
  8. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
