Role Overview
- The Project Delivery Coordinator is tasked with overseeing the successful delivery of a complete sub-system or product, ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints for the Subsea Projects division.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for fulfilling all contractual commitments between Subsea Projects and REMS Manufacturing, ensuring adherence to project budget and schedule throughout the lifecycle of a specific sub-system or product.
- Facilitate the full mobilization of the REMS project upon receipt of formal instructions from the Tendering Team, including assignment of key project personnel and completion of commercial and technical handovers.
- Maintain the project schedule's float to safeguard committed delivery timelines following the tender handover.
- Review and authorize necessary contractual documents between REMS and Subsea Projects, such as Sales Orders and Variation Orders.
- Communicate contractual requirements clearly to all REMS project contributors, providing clarification with the Subsea team as necessary.
- Ensure meticulous maintenance and execution of the project schedule throughout its lifecycle, focusing on quality and accuracy of information.
- Proactively identify and manage risks while exploring opportunities to enhance execution performance, documenting these in the RMA tool.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in project management or related interfacing roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and ERP systems (preferably SAP) is advantageous.
