Position Overview

The Churchill Health Centre is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clerical support to our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including scheduling, answering phones, and maintaining files.
  • Assist with internal and external communication, including preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Equivalent experience in an administrative capacity may be considered.
  • High school education, Manitoba standards, required.
  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related area is an asset.
  • Eligible for registration with applicable professional licensing body if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP and ESP.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in multiple formats.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
