Grounds Maintenance Specialist

Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. is seeking to hire a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Specialist at Trickle Creek Golf Resort. Our focus is on cultivating and sustaining enduring relationships with our team and guests, and we invite you to be a part of our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating various types of mowing equipment
  • Utilizing walk-behind mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Engaging in physical tasks such as mowing, raking, and trimming

Qualifications

  • Physically capable of performing demanding tasks
  • General knowledge and experience with landscaping equipment is beneficial
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
  • A positive demeanor and readiness to collaborate with others

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible shifts with early morning starts during the summer
  • Availability to work on holidays, weekends, and evenings is expected
  • Full-time positions require a minimum of 30 hours per week, while part-time roles necessitate at least 16 hours per week.
