About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Worker to join our team at NEWERGY INDUSTRIES INC. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the construction and maintenance of outdoor landscapes, including the installation of plants, trees, and other features.
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, as well as cutting grass and raking and collecting refuse.
  • Operate equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and other machinery to maintain outdoor spaces.
  • Remove litter and garbage from outdoor areas and cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be a reliable and hardworking team player
  • Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
Language and Work Term

The work language is English and the work term is permanent.
