Fleet Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Analyst to join our team at Express Employment Professionals SA - PTA North. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our fleet, including drivers, vehicles, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to fleet management, including safety and maintenance procedures.
- Fleet Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our fleet, including scheduling, routing, and logistics planning.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and transport providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance fleet operations and reduce costs.
- Education: Qualification or degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in fleet control or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
