Maintenance Worker

Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Trickle Creek Golf Resort. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the resort's grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the golf course's greens, tees, aprons, collars, and rough to ensure optimal playing conditions.
  • Operate various equipment, including walk mowers, weed eaters, and blowers, to keep the course looking its best.
  • Perform general course cleanup duties, including raking, shoveling, sweeping, and blowing, to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Wear required safety equipment and clothing to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
  • Be physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
  • Have general knowledge and experience with mowing equipment, an asset.
  • Be able to listen and carry out duties effectively.
  • Have a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Work flexible shifts, including early morning starts during the summer.
  • Be prepared to work holidays, weekends, and evenings as needed.
  • Full-time employees are scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, while part-time employees are scheduled to work a minimum of 16 hours per week.
