Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our front desk and housekeeping staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk and housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Oversee the maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Requisition materials and supplies, and maintain inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic hotel environment, interacting with guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
