Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel By Wyndham. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Hotel Staff: Supervise and coordinate the work of our hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Assist Guests with Special Needs: Assist guests with special needs, such as providing wheelchair accessibility and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Manage Hotel Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in good working order, and arranging for repairs as needed.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to ensure that the hotel is well-stocked and that our guests have everything they need.
  • Work with the Front Desk: Work closely with the front desk to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, organized, team player.
