Hotel Managing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at The Glengate Hotel & Suites.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring efficient operation of hotel facilities and services.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks, ensuring timely completion and high quality standards.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
