Business Analyst, Corporate Banking, Credit Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Corporate Banking team in Toronto, ON. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the credit process by providing high-quality analysis and account management support.
Key Responsibilities- Perform fundamental credit analysis functions, including financial statement analysis and risk assessment, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analyze and prepare annual reviews and credit requests in accordance with Bank policies and guidelines.
- Develop product knowledge and expertise in assigned industries.
- Provide clear and concise recommendations for client solutions.
- Complete other tasks as assigned, including research and special projects.
- Bachelor of Commerce, Master's or MBA, or CPA is preferred.
- Financial modeling skills are an asset.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of financial accounting.
- Ability to conduct industry/client research and process annual reviews.
- Demonstrated skills to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
