Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Activities
    • Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
    • Ensure that all housekeeping tasks are completed to a high standard and on time
  • Inspect and Maintain Hotel Facilities
    • Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
    • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant departments
  • Coordinate with Other Departments
    • Work closely with the front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
    • Assist with special requests and events, such as weddings and conferences
  • Establish and Maintain Housekeeping Schedules
    • Develop and implement efficient housekeeping schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
    • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to ensure that our high standards are met
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg)
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and adaptability
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
