Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Premier. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our hotel, motel, and resort settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement work schedules to meet the needs of our guests and the hotel.
  • Assist in the training and development of housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
