Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Manager to join our team at Pho Hoa Restaurant. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, planning and executing recruitment strategies, and managing training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage employee data and information, including performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees, including diversity and inclusion training, leadership development, and technical skills training.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement strategies, including recognition and reward programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment standards, and human rights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HRIS systems and software, including recruitment and talent management tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment standards, and human rights.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion training and development programs.
