We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at Jiemeng Group Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in recruitment, staffing, and HR generalist functions.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing and Recruitment
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to support business growth and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source and screen applicants to ensure the best fit for our organization.
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Employee Relations and Support
- Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
- HR Administration
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract applicants.
- Collect and maintain accurate records of employee data and personnel files.
- Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
- Business Operations
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to support business objectives.
- Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs.
Requirements
- College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
