Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President at Brightshores. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely agendas, minutes, and action summaries.
  • Prepare and edit reports, newsletters, and other correspondence.
  • Manage concurrent tasks and prioritize a changing workload to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Brightshores' policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary office administration program and 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of meeting and committee procedures.
  • Adherence to Brightshores' CARE Behaviours and LEAD Competencies.
