Position Overview

As the Sales General Manager at REHEK INTERNATIONAL INC., you will play a pivotal role in steering our sales initiatives and ensuring the alignment of our organizational goals with market demands.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and strategies.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as a representative of the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; create optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve marketing campaigns; oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Work Environment and Physical Abilities

Attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
