Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Tradewell Construction ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving and Escalation: Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
