Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Good Deal Carpets and Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and team productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
Work Environment

Our store is located in a busy shopping district, and public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work 35 hours per week.
