Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
