We are in search of Project Managers who possess a wealth of experience in overseeing intricate projects across various sectors, including Healthcare, Commercial, Retail, Aviation, Transportation, Education, and Justice. Become a vital part of our multidisciplinary team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee large-scale and complex projects to ensure client satisfaction, quality deliverables, adherence to schedules, and budgetary goals.
    • Collaborate with our Project Team and Partners to formulate and implement project execution strategies, including work plans, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Manage the daily operational elements of projects and their scope.
    • Assume accountability (in collaboration with the designated principal) for technical and design excellence.
    • Ensure project documentation, including contracts and service requests, are approved and organized according to company protocols.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Regularly update project financials (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) utilizing proprietary tools.
    • Manage project budgets and timelines, including tracking and reporting of team hours and expenses.
    • Determine appropriate revenue recognition and analyze billing rates and utilization targets for project teams.
    • Ensure timely invoicing and monitor the collection of receivables.
  • Communication:
    • Facilitate regular meetings with team members and clients.
    • Keep the project team informed of updates and changes.
    • Deliver engaging and well-structured presentations, both verbally and in writing.
    • Address and escalate issues promptly.
    • Communicate sensitive information effectively.
  • Leadership:
    • Guide and motivate project team members.
    • Align project tasks with team members' skills and career aspirations.
    • Identify areas for improvement and propose constructive changes.
    • Stay informed about emerging industry practices.
    • Adhere to and help enforce company policies and procedures.
    • Support the company's safety initiatives and complete all required health and safety documentation.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Maximize the potential of each team member.
    • Encourage teamwork and efficient collaboration.
    • Resolve conflicts and communication barriers within the team.
    • Acknowledge and appreciate team contributions consistently.
    • Document lessons learned and share insights with team members and clients.
    • Organize team-building activities that promote safety and collaboration.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Possess a solid understanding of core and shell as well as interior design and construction.
    • Be knowledgeable about the company's capabilities.
    • Actively seek educational opportunities to enhance your expertise.
  • Client Relations:
    • Manage daily interactions with clients and assess their expectations.
    • Seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and deliver value-added services.
    • Build a comprehensive understanding of each client's business and objectives.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for business development and additional services across all company disciplines.
    • Participate in proposal efforts, including project scoping and pricing.
