Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Global Infotech Services.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and software are functioning properly. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and software
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of computer systems and software
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with networking software and hardware
  • Knowledge of security software and protocols
  • Ability to work with diverse client populations
Work Environment

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, providing technical support and assistance to clients. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The hours of work are 35-40 hours per week.
