Construction Project Supervisor

As a Construction Project Supervisor at BLUE ARC HOMES, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various construction projects, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry
The role involves working in a dusty, noisy, and at times odorous environment. Candidates must be willing to relocate as relocation costs are not covered by the employer.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate apprenticeship training programs
- Prepare and submit bids for projects
- Compile production and other relevant reports
- Recruit, hire, and manage staffing actions
- Schedule and coordinate activities among team members
- Collaborate with other project supervisors or managers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Establish effective methods to meet project timelines
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Recommend personnel actions based on performance
- Order necessary materials and supplies
- Supervise construction workers and project activities
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 4 workers, including laborers.
Industry ExperienceExperience in the construction industry is essential.
Safety and SecurityA basic security clearance is required for this position.
Work ConditionsThe role may involve working under tight deadlines and requires the ability to perform under pressure.
