About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at LALLI CONSTRUCTION & LANDSCAPING LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise workers and projects to ensure that they are completed to the required standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. Permanent position available.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
