About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at LALLI CONSTRUCTION & LANDSCAPING LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Estimation and Reporting: Estimate costs and materials, and prepare production and other reports to ensure accurate project tracking.
  • Team Coordination: Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Resource Management: Requisition materials and supplies, and supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
