Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the rehabilitation services industry.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent development needs and create customized training plans.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to support employee growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and development, preferably in the healthcare or rehabilitation services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, training design, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
